These terms and conditions of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the site siae.vax-conseils.fr. They do not substitute for the contractual conditions of the "Exhibitor Cancellation" insurance contract no. CGUF26PAH02044, which governs the relationship between the adhering exhibitor and the insurer.
1. Purpose of the site
The site presents the official cancellation-insurance programme for the exhibitors of SIAE 2027 and allows you to make a reservation of cover online. The information published on the site is provided for guidance only; it does not substitute for the contractual documentation delivered at the time of subscription.
2. Access to the site
Access to the site is free of charge and does not require the creation of a user account. The site is intended for professional exhibitors (B2B). Subscription features require an internet-connected device and a recent browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — versions released within the past two years).
3. Reservation of cover
Submitting the subscription form constitutes a reservation of cover and not a final insurance certificate. Cover will take effect on subject to final confirmation by the insurer. If the insurer does not confirm capacity, all amounts paid will be refunded in full, with no fees or penalty.
The exhibitor declares that the information provided is accurate. Any false declaration triggers the sanctions set out in articles L113.8 (nullity of the contract) and L113.9 (reduction of indemnities) of the French Code des assurances.
4. Intellectual property
All site content (text, photos, logos, graphic identity, structure) is the property of VAX CONSEILS, of GIFAS / SIAE, or of their respective partners. Any reproduction, representation or distribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited and may engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.
5. Liability
VAX CONSEILS makes every effort to keep the site accessible and up to date, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. VAX CONSEILS shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the site (loss of data, loss of profit, etc.).
